What is mindfulness? Mindfulness is the ability to be present and free from distraction and so much more.

Mindfulness meditation involves focusing on the present moment without judgment, often through techniques like breath awareness scanning the body and more. It’s a mental training practice that can help reduce stress, improve focus, and increase self-awareness.

This offering was created for the person who has been curious about mindfulness or meditation and just hasn’t known where to start. I remember being in that very same position before I found and started my own daily practice.
